本文用萤光桃红——肼黄染色法观察了放置与未放置IUD的妇女子宫内膜颗粒细胞变化。发现IUD组内膜颗粒细胞提早出现在增殖期子宫内膜;分泌期内膜中出现内膜颗粒细胞集聚现象的比例明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。并发现内膜颗粒细胞集聚处有网状纤维溶解现象。文内对IUD引起子宫出血的机制进行了探讨,认为可能与内膜颗粒细胞释放松弛素有关。
In this paper, fluorescent pink-hydrazine yellow staining was used to observe the changes of endometrial granulosa cells in women with or without IUD. It was found that the intimal granulosa cells in the IUD group appeared early in proliferative endometrium. The proportion of intima-granulosa cells in the secretory phase was significantly higher than that in the control group (p <0.05). And found that there are reticular fibrinolytic cells in the accumulation of endometrial cells. The mechanism of IUD-induced uterine bleeding was discussed in the paper, which is believed to be related to the release of relaxin from granulosa cells.
