３种丹参提取物均能显著降低甘油所致急性肾功能衰竭（ＡＲＦ）大鼠的血清尿素氮和肌酐含量；第４８ｈ生存率明显提高；肾脏损伤程度远较单纯模型组为轻。表明丹参提取物对ＡＲＦ有防治作用，初步证实其作用与腺苷受体有关。 All three kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza extracts can significantly reduce serum urea nitrogen and creatinine levels in rats with glycerol-induced acute renal failure (ARF). The survival rate at the 48th hour was significantly higher, and the degree of renal damage was much lower than that of the model group alone. It shows that the extract of Danshen has preventive and therapeutic effects on ARF, and preliminary confirmation of its role is related to adenosine receptors.
