在科技快速发展的背景下,互联网业务也得到了迅猛的发展,尤其是近年来IP业务的逐渐普及,互联网客户的数量也呈逐年上升趋势。与此同时,客户对于互联网质量的要求也越来越高,这种形势下,就要求互联网必须具备更优质的性能,并根据客户要求的不同,为其提供差异化、个性化的信息服务,以便能在满足客户不同要求的同时,实现企业效益的最大化。文章就基于移动互联网形势下,探究客户特点分类技术,以便能确定基于客户特点的精确化、针对性营销模式,进而为促进我国电信产业的转型升级奠定基础。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the Internet business has also witnessed rapid development. In particular, the gradual popularization of IP services in recent years has led to an upward trend in the number of Internet customers. At the same time, customers are also demanding higher and higher quality Internet. Under such circumstances, the Internet requires that the Internet must have better performance and offer differentiated and personalized information service to customers according to their requirements. In order to meet the different requirements of customers at the same time, realize the maximization of business efficiency. Based on the mobile Internet situation, the article explores the characteristics of customer classification technology, in order to be able to determine the precise, targeted marketing model based on customer characteristics, and thus lay the foundation for the promotion of China’s telecommunications industry restructuring and upgrading.
