本文研究血管活性药脑垂体后叶提取液(PPE)、加压素及生长抑制激素对肝硬化病人肝血流及肝代谢活力的影响。给19例确诊酒精性肝硬化并证实有门静脉高压的病人安置肝静脉导管,然后定速定量从肘前静脉输入靛氰绿(ICG),在注入ICG前后均分别采取外周及肝静脉血液标本。以后分成3组:①组6例,经外周静脉输入PPE(催产素59%,加压素41%)0.3U/kg/h;②组6例,输入血管加压素0.3U/kg/h;③组7例,静脉注射生长抑制激素250μg,然后以250μg/h速度维持。①、②组于用药后30分钟、②组于用药后15分钟分别同时采取外周血及肝静脉血,每2分钟1次,共5次。测定其标本中ICG浓度。用药前后各组外周血平均ICG浓度(CP)及肝
This article studies the effect of vasoactive drug pituitary extract (PPE), vasopressin and growth inhibitory hormone on hepatic blood flow and liver metabolic activity in cirrhotic patients.
