分别以6个水稻品种为试验材料,进行了聚-γ-谷氨酸(γ-PGA)及其增效肥试验。结果表明,100mg/L和200mg/L的γ-PGA浸种和田间喷施,使扬两优6号和珍珠糯秧苗长势旺,白根数增加,分蘖数增多,有效穗数增加,200mg/L的γ-PGA浸种和田间喷施比100mg/L的γ-PGA处理的每公顷产量分别提高465kg和555kg,增6.9%和8.4%,且两处理产量均显著高于对照;当使用600kg/hm2和480kg/hm2的γ-PGA增效复合肥时,杂交中稻Ⅱ优416的产量比使用同样重量的复合肥每公顷产量增加427.5~517.5kg,增幅为4.5%~5.3%,表现出节肥效果;在培两优3076上进行的增效尿素试验表明,秧苗栽移后5d每公顷施γ-PGA增效尿素90kg,剑叶露尖时每公顷施γ-PGA增效尿素45kg的产量最高,与对照呈显著差异;当基肥为480kg/hm2γ-PGA增效复合肥与γ-PGA增效尿素配合使用,其产量比基肥为600kg/hm2普通复合肥和普通尿素配合使用的对照要高,表现出明显的节肥效果。
