4.中间驱动中间驱动与双滚筒驱动及多滚筒驱动不同,它可以装在带式输送机的两个转向滚筒的“中间”。在这里不是用胶带滚筒,而是用链轮、带有曳引器的链条、推杆等物来驱动,它们与链状的输送带啮合,或者与装有链条或其它挡块的输送带啮合。也有利用磁力、真空吸力或其它附着方法与输送带啮合的中间驱动。本节所讨论的中间驱动,是指通过驱动中的两条或两条以上的输送带(或类似的物件),用一个或几个马达来带动输送带的两个分支。这里所解决的是一个有联系的驱动接合的问题。这种接合应当具有弹性,可以利用液压驱动作为差速机构来实现。
4. Intermediate Drive Unlike dual-drum drives and multi-drum drives, the intermediate drive can be mounted in the “center” of the two steering drums of the belt conveyor. Instead of tape drums, they are driven by sprockets, chains with hoops, pushers and the like, which engage the chain-like conveyor belt or the conveyor belt which carries the chain or other stop . There are also intermediate drives that mesh with the conveyor belt using magnetic force, vacuum suction, or other attachment methods. The intermediate drive discussed in this section refers to the use of two or more conveyors (or similar objects) in a drive that use one or more motors to drive both branches of the conveyor. What is solved here is a linked driver problem. This engagement should be flexible and can be implemented using hydraulic drives as a differential mechanism.
