目前,机械类的航空地面保障装备的整体结构大多是用钢管、槽钢等型材加工、焊接而成,由于型材结构件的局限,导致生产加工精度不易控制,尤其二次加工余地很小,而且生产加工出的产品重量很重。本文提出的采用板材激光切割结合卯榫定位的地面保障装备加工技术,具有工艺简单、结构合理、加工质量高的特点,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
At present, the overall structure of the aviation ground support equipment for machinery is mostly processed and welded with profiles such as steel pipe and channel steel. Due to the limitation of profile structure parts, the precision of production and processing is not easy to control. In particular, there is little room for secondary processing and moreover, Production and processing of the product weight is heavy. In this paper, the processing technology of ground support equipment which adopts the laser cutting of plates and the positioning of mortise and tenon joints is presented. It has the characteristics of simple process, reasonable structure and high processing quality, and has achieved good results in practical application.
