钢结构的焊接,在工业部门中应用得很广泛,其中特别是以板结构的焊接应用最广。在车辆制造工厂里,低碳钢板结构的焊接用得最多。因此在制造构件时,防止和减少焊接变形就成了焊接技术中的重大问题。但是,要掌握焊接过程中的变形是一种相当复杂的技术,也是目前工厂中所迫切需要解决的问题。我厂在苏联焊接专家的热心帮助和亲切的指导下,在防止和减少构件焊接过程中的变形方面,拟订了一些焊接工艺,解决了生产上的关键问题。本文着重阐明焊接次序与焊接方向对于构件焊接后变形的影响。
Steel structure welding, widely used in the industrial sector, especially in the most widely used plate structure welding. In the vehicle manufacturing plant, the use of low-carbon steel structure is the most used. Therefore, in the manufacture of components, to prevent and reduce welding deformation has become a major issue in the welding technology. However, to master the deformation in the welding process is a very complicated technology, which is also an urgent problem to be solved in the factory at present. I plant in the Soviet Union welding expert enthusiastic help and cordial guidance, in preventing and reducing the deformation of the component welding process, developed a number of welding process, to solve the production of the key issues. This article focuses on the influence of the welding sequence and the welding direction on the deformation of the components after welding.
