目的对比观察个体化健康教育与团体化健康教育对妊娠并糖尿病患者的影响。方法将200例妊娠并糖尿病患者随机分为个体化教育组和团体教育组各100例,2组患者分别在给予胰岛素进行治疗的基础上给予个体化健康教育及团体化健康教育,在进行首次健康教育后的3个月末时分别对2组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白进行测定,分析2组患者血糖控制情况和依从性。结果个体化健康教育组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白的水平低于团体化健康教育组(P<0.05)。个体化健康教育组患者血糖控制情况和治疗依从性显著优于团体化健康教育组(P<0.05)。结论相较于团体化健康教育相,个体化健康教育组能够有效地辅助妊娠并糖尿病的患者控制血糖,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the effects of individualized health education and group health education on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 200 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into individualized education group and group education group of 100 cases. Patients in two groups were given individualized health education and group health education on the basis of insulin treatment. During the first health education, After 3 months of education, fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were measured respectively in two groups of patients, and the blood sugar control and compliance of the two groups were analyzed. Results In the individualized health education group, fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than those in the group health education group (P <0.05). Individualized health education patients with glycemic control and treatment compliance was significantly better than the group health education group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with group health education, individualized health education group can effectively control blood sugar in pregnancy and diabetes mellitus, which deserves clinical application.
