目的探讨成分血制备过程中血液报废的原因及预防措施,以便有效的降低血液报废率,充分利用血液资源。方法统计2010-2014年四川省遂宁市中心血站成分科血液报废情况并分析报废原因。结果 2010-2014年共制备各种成分血209 520袋,报废8 241袋,报废率为3.93%,报废血液成分中,主要是冰冻血浆占54.03%,其他依次是新鲜冰冻血浆,全血,冷沉淀。8 241袋血液报废原因中以脂肪血浆为主占99.30%,其次为离心破损、容量不足、凝块、渗漏、颜色异常等。结论四川省遂宁市中心血站成分科血液报废的主要原因是脂肪血浆。
Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of blood waste in the process of blood component preparation in order to effectively reduce the blood waste rate and make full use of blood resources. Methods Statistics 2010 - 2014 Suining City, Sichuan Province Blood Center Branch of the blood component of the situation and scrap analysis of the reasons. Results From 2010 to 2014, a total of 209 520 sachets were prepared, 8 241 bags were scrapped, and the scrapped rate was 3.93%. Among the scrapped blood components, 54.03% were mainly frozen plasma, followed by fresh frozen plasma, whole blood, cold precipitation. 8 241 bags of blood fat mainly due to fat plasma accounted for 99.30%, followed by centrifugal damage, lack of capacity, clots, leakage, color and so on. Conclusion Suining City, Sichuan Province Blood Center Branch of the main component of blood scrapped fat plasma.
