在水热条件下合成钼酸钠晶须,用XRD、SEM和IR对其结构进行表征。用其与聚丙烯进行复合,探讨钼酸钠晶须含量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:水热合成的晶须长30~100μm,直径2~3μm,表面光滑。用它来改性聚丙烯,可以使复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和模量都增加,当晶须质量含量为20%时,复合材料力学性能最佳。
The sodium molybdate whiskers were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and their structures were characterized by XRD, SEM and IR. The composite with polypropylene was used to investigate the effect of sodium molybdate whisker content on the mechanical properties of the composites. The results show that hydrothermally synthesized whiskers are 30 ~ 100μm long and 2 ~ 3μm in diameter with smooth surface. When it is used to modify polypropylene, the tensile strength, flexural strength and modulus of the composites increase. When the whisker mass content is 20%, the mechanical properties of the composites are the best.
