我们研制了电感条形和哑铃形平面电路波导滤波器。设计按照一般带通滤波器设计程序进行。在设计过程中,将窄电感条等效为 K 倒置阻抗变换器,电感条之间近似为λ_g/2谐振器。对于哑铃形滤波器,先用实验方法得到所需频率的单只哑铃形谐振器,而后再按一般程序设计。采用 BJ-100型波导,膜片厚度为0. 6mm,用线切割工艺试制了二级哑铃形滤波器和二级电感条形滤波器。测试结果为,3db 带宽250MHz,通带最大衰减≤0. 5db,带外衰减≥20db。实验结果和理论计算基本相符,证实一般带通滤波器设计公式完全可以应用到平面电路波导式带通滤波器中去。
We have developed inductive bar and dumbbell planar waveguide filters. The design follows the general bandpass filter design procedure. In the design process, the narrow inductor strip is equivalent to the K inverted impedance converter, the approximate inductance between the inductor λ_g / 2 resonator. For a dumbbell filter, a dumbbell resonator of the desired frequency is experimentally obtained first, followed by a normal program. Using BJ-100-type waveguide, the diaphragm thickness of 0. 6mm, with a wire cutting process trial two dumbbell filters and two inductor bar filter. Test results, 3db bandwidth of 250MHz, passband maximum attenuation ≤ 0. 5db, band attenuation ≥ 20db. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculations, and it is proved that the general bandpass filter design formula can be fully applied to the planar circuit waveguide bandpass filter.
