本文提出一种回转跟踪型热释电管红外电视。它既不需要复杂的信号处理电路,又毋须摇动摄象机头,既可对静止目标形成稳定热象。由理论和实验证明了在低温区,热释电管的信号电流和在靶面的入射辐射功率有线性关系;实际制作了一整套曲线。通过试用,证明该单人便携红外电视及其测温法在电力、石油化工部门及热能动力设备等不少场合的热故障检查中是足够满意的。
This paper presents a gyro tracking pyroelectric infrared television. It does not require complex signal processing circuit, but also without shaking the camera head, both stationary objects can form a stable thermal image. The theoretical and experimental results show that there is a linear relationship between the signal current of the pyroelectric tube and the incident radiation power at the target surface in the low temperature region. A set of curves are actually produced. Through trial to prove that the single portable infrared TV and its temperature measurement in the power, petrochemical sector and thermal power equipment and many other occasions, thermal fault inspection is satisfactory enough.
