中学化学教学是化学教育的启蒙和基础阶段。它不仅能为学生升入高一级学校学习有关专业奠定基础,也能为毕业生参加工作解决处理一些实际问题打下基础,要想大面积提高化学教学质量,必须从初中抓起,从培养学生学习兴趣,激发他们的求知欲入手,从提高课堂教学效率做起,引导学生突破初中化学课时少、任务重、内容分散及有些概念极易混淆等矛盾,帮助他们过好基本概念关,实验操作关等,使他们更好地掌握基础知识和基本技能,开发他们的智力,培养他们灵活运用化学知识独立解决问题的能力。下面就自己在多年工作实践中的一些做法,谈点滴体会。一、激发兴趣,引导学生乐学学生刚接触化学,开始会对化学颇有些兴趣,尤其对化学实验更感到有意思。但当学到化学用语、无素符号和基本概念时,常会感到抽象难懂、枯燥乏味,往往会把化学视为“第二外语”
