心脏移植带来的思考 ·供体紧缺· 心脏移植需要有供体。供心的质量不但关系手术的成败,而且关系到病人术后的生存期,在美国供心95％以上都是仍在跳动着的心脏,绝大多数来源于交通事故中的脑死亡者,其次是枪伤等意外事故的脑创伤以及脑出血、脑肿瘤患者。每当出现事故时,急救车或急救直升机就会及时赶到事故现场,给伤者的心脏和呼吸以机械支持,然后进行严格的检查鉴定,判断患者是否属于脑死亡。
Heart Transplant Considerations • Donor deficiency • Heart transplants require a donor. The quality of the donorship not only relates to the success or failure of the operation, but also relates to the patient’s postoperative survival. More than 95% of the hearts of the donors in the United States are still beating hearts. The vast majority come from brain deaths in traffic accidents, followed by Brain injuries such as gunshot wounds, and patients with cerebral hemorrhage or brain tumors. Whenever there is an accident, an ambulance or emergency helicopter will promptly arrive at the scene of the accident, give mechanical support to the wounded’s heart and breathing, and then conduct a rigorous examination and assessment to determine whether the patient is brain dead.
