通过设计反应物配比使环氧树脂发生部分开环反应,合成了含有不同比例环氧基-乙烯基双官能团的新型齐聚物的树脂体系。采用环氧值、酸值测定和红外光谱分析探讨了合成反应前后基团变化和产物结构。采用热变形测试、示差扫描量热分析、热重分析、力学和介电性能测试研究了树脂固化产物的性能,并与对应的机械共混体系进行了对比。结果表明,固化产物的热性能类似于机械共混体系,力学性能和介电性能显著提升,优于机械共混体系。
By designing the ratio of the reactants to make partial ring-opening reaction of the epoxy resin, a resin system containing a novel oligomer with different proportions of epoxy-vinyl bifunctional groups was synthesized. Epoxy value, acid value and infrared spectroscopy were used to investigate the group change and product structure before and after the synthesis reaction. The properties of resin cured products were investigated by thermal deformation test, differential scanning calorimetry, thermal gravimetric analysis, mechanical and dielectric properties tests, and compared with the corresponding mechanical blending systems. The results show that the thermal properties of the cured product are similar to those of the mechanical blending system, and the mechanical properties and dielectric properties of the cured product are significantly improved, which is better than that of the mechanical blending system.
