胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)、肝细胞生长因子(Hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)在许多干细胞中都发挥积极作用,心脏干细胞(cardiac stem cells,CSCs)作为研究比较多的对心肌缺血性疾病有重要治疗作用的细胞也日益受到重视。近年来发现CSCs活化对于治疗的意义非常明确,而IGF/HGF是激发其活化态的重要分子,并且二者作用的信号通路有一定重叠,对于研究CSCs活化的分子机制有重要作用。二者还可以促进CSCs的迁移、促进增殖、抗凋亡等。
