目前国内外对急性白血病的治疗,已经取得了很大进展,特别是近几年来,由于三尖杉酯硷类药物和 HOAP 方案的应用,急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(简称 ANLL)的完全缓解率(简称 CR)有明显提高。本文应用HOAP 方案加中药及骨髓腔内给药治疗 ANLL22例 CR 为77.3％,总有效率86.4％。临床资料和治疗方法一、临床资料分析:自1980年3月至1985年3月共治疗 ANLL32例,均为未经选择的初治和复治成人住院患者,全部病例治疗前均经病史,体检、血液、骨髓细胞学及组织
