从费尽心血攒钱买房到想着法儿贷款买房,北京的老百姓似乎对“花未来的钱,住现在的房子”已逐渐接受。为减轻借款人负担,适应个人贷款期限档次的调整,北京市住房资金管理中心日前调整了个人担保贷款政策([99]京房资中心计字第119号文)。文件规定:购买房屋综合险的借款人,在办理完成抵押登记手续后,可以申请解除寿险合同,保险公司退还相关保险费。
From earnestly saving money to buying a house and thinking of Faerie loans to buy a house, people in Beijing seem to have gradually accepted the idea of “spending money in the future and living in the present house”. In order to reduce the borrower’s burden and adapt to the adjustment of the grade of personal loans, Beijing Municipality’s Housing Fund Management Center recently adjusted its personal loan guarantee policy ([99] Jingfang Center No. 119). The document states that borrowers who purchase comprehensive housing insurance may apply for the termination of their life insurance contract upon completion of the mortgage registration formalities, and the insurance company will refund the relevant insurance premiums.
