目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、血管内皮细胞损伤的关系。方法测定125例(T2DM组)及55例(正常对照组)空腹静脉血中血清HCY(采用酶联免疫吸附试验)、血浆内皮素1(ET-1)(采用放射免疫法RIA)及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(超声测定)。结果T2DM组HCY为(16.3±3.7)μmol/L、ET-1(1.23±0.39)pg/ml、IMT(1.03±0.36)mm,均显著高于正常对照组。血清HCY与ET-1水平呈显著的正相关;HCY、ET-1及收缩压是影响糖尿病患者颈动脉IMT增厚的主要危险因素。结论联合检测血清HCY和ET-1水平可有助于判断T2DM患者大血管并发症的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine (HCY) and carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) and vascular endothelial cell injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Serum HCY (using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay), plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) (radioimmunoassay (RIA)) and carotid artery in 125 cases of T2DM and 55 cases of normal control were measured. Intima-media thickness (ultrasound measurement). Results HCY was (16.3 ± 3.7) μmol / L, ET-1 (1.23 ± 0.39) pg / ml and IMT (1.03 ± 0.36) mm in T2DM group, which were significantly higher than those in normal control group. There was a significant positive correlation between serum HCY and ET-1 levels. HCY, ET-1 and systolic blood pressure were the main risk factors affecting the carotid IMT thickened in diabetic patients. Conclusions The combined detection of serum HCY and ET-1 levels can be helpful in judging the occurrence and development of macrovascular complications in patients with T2DM.
