[目的]探讨中国居民CYP2E1基因多态性与食管癌易感性的关系。[方法]检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和PubMed,并收集相关文献进行Meta分析。以病例组和对照组CYP2E1基因型分布的比值比(OR)为效应指标,对文献进行评价筛选、异质性检验,应用Meta分析软件RevMan5对各研究原始数据进行统计。[结果]最终纳入系统评价进行Meta分析的共有8个病例对照研究,其中食管癌患者879例,对照1155例。Meta分析结果合并OR=2.07,95%CI=1.18~3.64。[结论]对目前相关研究结果的Meta分析显示中国居民CYP2E1基因多态性与食管癌易感性之间有关联,CYP2E1基因纯合子野生型C1/C1是食管癌的易感性基因。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between CYP2E1 gene polymorphism and susceptibility to esophageal cancer in Chinese residents. [Methods] The Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) and PubMed were searched and the relevant documents were collected for meta-analysis. The odds ratio (OR) of CYP2E1 genotype distribution in case group and control group was taken as the effect index, the literature was screened and tested for heterogeneity. Meta-analysis software RevMan5 was used to calculate the original data of each study. [Results] A total of 8 case-control studies that were finally included in the meta-analysis of systematic reviews included 879 patients with esophageal cancer and 1155 controls. Meta analysis results combined OR = 2.07, 95% CI = 1.18 ~ 3.64. [Conclusion] Meta-analysis of the current relevant research results shows that CYP2E1 gene polymorphism is associated with the susceptibility to esophageal cancer in China. The homozygous wild-type C1 / C1 of CYP2E1 gene is a susceptibility gene to esophageal cancer.
