口语训练课教学内容的选择应坚持以学生能力培养为主线,以提高学生口语表达能力为目的,要更新教育观念,有效地开发和培养学生的创新、创业能力和综合运用信息的能力、交际能力等,培养适应市场要求的复合型高职人才。因此,每一部分训练内容都应由低到高、由易到难、由简到繁,贴近学生生活,选取学生身边的事例,便于学生学习和理解,力求体现高职高专院校学生的学习特点。在口语训练课上对学生在口语表达、心理素质、形象仪表、人际关系、社交礼仪、演讲、辩论、求职、面试等方面进行系统的训练,是口语训练课重要的教学内容。
