热塑性弹性体(TPE)是现代快速发展的一种材料,其制造途径之一就是现有聚合物共混,其中所含橡胶可以硫化,从而获得所需要的物理机械性能,称之为热塑性硫化胶(TPV)。本研究是用最廉价且应用最多的材料如聚乙烯和丁苯橡胶制作TPV。前期论文是关于混合理论的研究,即组分的相容性,也尝试预测了共混胶的性能。本文主要研究聚乙烯和丁苯橡胶未硫化(即未动态硫化)共混胶的性能。
Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) is a modern and rapid development of a material, one of its manufacturing methods is the existing polymer blends, which contain rubber can be vulcanized to obtain the required physical and mechanical properties, known as the thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). In this study, TPVs were made from the cheapest and most widely used materials, such as polyethylene and styrene-butadiene rubber. The previous papers dealt with the theory of mixing, ie the compatibility of components, and also attempted to predict the properties of the blend. This article focuses on the properties of unvulcanized (ie, non-dynamically vulcanized) blends of polyethylene and styrene butadiene rubber.
