本研究以5个蓝莓品种为试材,检测不同温度处理2h后花粉发芽率及自交着果率。结果表明,5个蓝莓品种花粉发芽率随培养时间的延长而增加,整体上呈现出随温度升高而降低的趋势。温度处理后花粉培养12h的结果表明,蓝丰花粉在处理温度为25~37℃时发芽率最高,显著高于其余4个品种;在处理温度为41℃时,花粉发芽率最低,仅为0.67%。处理温度为39~41℃时,瑞卡为花粉发芽率最高的品种,显著高于其余4个品种。高温降低了5个蓝莓品种的着果率,布里吉塔着果率在处理温度达到33℃时显著下降,较对照降低了22.96%。蓝丰、瑞卡和都克着果率在处理温度为35℃时显著降低。处理温度为41℃时,5个品种中蓝丰着果率最高。高温降低了5个蓝莓品种花粉发芽率和着果率。处理温度相同时,花粉发芽率存在品种间差异。瑞卡是39~41℃处理后花粉发芽率最高的品种。处理温度为25~41℃时,5个蓝莓品种着果率存在品种间差异。
In this study, five varieties of blueberries were used as test materials to test the germination rate and the rate of fruit selfing after 2 hours of treatment. The results showed that the pollen germination rate of five blueberry cultivars increased with the prolongation of culture time and showed a tendency of decreasing with increasing temperature. The result of 12 h pollens after temperature treatment showed that the content of blueberry pollen was the highest at the treatment temperature of 25 ~ 37 ℃, which was significantly higher than that of the other four cultivars. When the treatment temperature was 41 ℃, the germination rate of pollen was the lowest at 0.67 %. When the temperature was 39 ~ 41 ℃, Rica was the highest pollen germination rate, significantly higher than the other four varieties. High temperature reduced the fruit rate of five blueberry varieties. The fruit rate of Brigitte decreased significantly at the treatment temperature of 33 ℃, which was 22.96% lower than the control. Blue abundance, Rika and Duck fruit rate significantly reduced when the treatment temperature is 35 ℃. When the treatment temperature was 41 ℃, the highest percentage of blue-forage fruits was found in 5 varieties. High temperature reduced the pollen germination rate and fruiting rate of 5 blueberry varieties. When the treatment temperature is the same, the germination rate of pollen is different among different varieties. Rica is the highest pollen germination rate after 39 ~ 41 ℃ treatment. When the treatment temperature is 25 ~ 41 ℃, there are differences among the cultivars of five blueberry cultivars.
