目的采用动态血压监测(ABPM)观察马来酸左旋氨氯地平(国产)对轻、中度原发性高血压患者服药后血压和血压晨峰(MBPS)程度的影响。方法选择60例轻、中度晨峰高血压患者,收缩压(SBP)140~179mmHg,舒张压(DBP)90~109mmHg,口服马来酸左旋氨氯地平(国产),4周后应用ABPM评价血压和血压晨峰程度的变化。结果 (1)入选60例患者,马来酸左旋氨氯地平(国产)治疗4周末,24hSBP/DBP降低(10.8±1.8)/(8.6±0.7)mmHg,治疗前后比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。(2)入选60例患者治疗后,晨峰血压升高程度、清晨收缩压、舒张压较对照组低(P<0.01)。结论马来酸左旋氨氯地平不仅有效降低24h血压,在降低血压的基础上还能抑制清晨血压过度升高,而且控制高血压患者的晨峰现象,副作用小,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of levamlodipine maleate on the blood pressure and blood pressure morning peak (MBPS) in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). Methods Sixty patients with mild to moderate morning-peak hypertension were selected and their systolic blood pressure (SBP) 140 ~ 179mmHg and DBP 90 ~ 109mmHg were given orally, Changes in blood pressure and blood pressure during morning peak. Results (a) The 24hSBP / DBP decreased (10.8 ± 1.8) / (8.6 ± 0.7) mmHg at the end of 4 weeks after L-amlodipine maleate (domestic) in 60 patients. There was significant difference between before and after treatment P <0.01). (2) After the treatment of 60 patients, the peak morning blood pressure, early systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion L-amlodipine maleate can not only effectively decrease the blood pressure of 24h, but also inhibit the excessive increase of blood pressure in early morning, and also control the morning peak phenomenon of patients with hypertension with small side effects, which is worth popularizing and applying.
