对航天搭载后怀地黄的变异株系在大田中的农艺性状、生理特性及产量进行了研究。结果表明:(1)第1代植株的形态特征与对照相比表现出明显的差异,变异株HT-102和HT-468株高明显增加、冠幅增大、叶片数增多、产量增加,第2代、第3代变异株系的农艺性状与对照之间的差异缩小,但产量高于对照;(2)在7月中旬变异株HT-102和HT-468叶片的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的增加,可能是导致其块茎迅速膨大并最终增产的原因之一。
The agronomic traits, physiological characteristics and yield of mutant strains of space-carrying post-huhuanghuang were studied in the field. The results showed that: (1) The morphological characteristics of the first generation plants showed obvious differences compared with the control. The plant height of mutants HT-102 and HT-468 increased significantly, the crown width increased, the number of leaves increased and the yield increased. The difference between the agronomic traits and the control of the second generation and third generation mutant lines was narrowed but the yield was higher than that of the control. (2) In mid-July, the soluble sugar and soluble protein contents of mutant HT-102 and HT-468 May be one of the reasons leading to the rapid expansion of tubers and eventually the yield increase.
