为提高新生儿股静脉穿刺术的成功率,避免其邻近结构的损伤,对30具新生儿尸体的股静脉及其相关结构进行了临床解剖学观测。肚静脉起始处外径3.9±0.7mm;解剖学体位和肠关节外展、外旋45°位时,股静脉暴露段长度分别为15.2±5.6mm和20.2±5.4mm。腹股沟韧带下缘股静脉与股神经间距6.0±2.4mm。对股静脉做了三维定位,确定了穿刺的安全部位;就可能造成穿刺失败的原因做了解剖学分析,并提出了临床应用建议。
To improve the success rate of neonatal femoral paracentesis and avoid the damage of its adjacent structures, the clinical anatomical observation of the femoral veins and their related structures in 30 neonatal cadavers was performed.
