目的:探讨直肠癌术后血浆氨基酸谱及血浆蛋白质等代谢的变化。方法:血红蛋白经NBS蛳Ⅱ浓度比色计测定,TLC用白细胞数×淋巴细胞百分率计算,血浆蛋白以分光光度计、溴甲酚绿法测定,总蛋白量以双缩脲测定,血浆游离氨基酸经日立638蛳50型液相色谱仪测定。结果:患者组血红蛋白量,均低于正常值,尤以男性为著;血浆游离氨基酸谱与健康组相比,有12项下降,其中包括7项必需氨基酸(EAA),6项上升。EAA总和、氨基酸总量及EAA百分率都下降。结论:测定的血红蛋白、血浆蛋白、TLC以及血浆游离氨基酸可作为直肠癌术后的营养评定指标。
Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma amino acid profile and plasma protein after rectal cancer surgery. Methods: Hemoglobin was measured by NBS 蛳 Ⅱ concentration colorimeter, TLC was calculated by the number of white blood cells × lymphocytes, plasma protein was determined by spectrophotometer and bromocresol green method, the total protein was determined by biuret, the plasma free amino acids Hitachi 638 蛳 50 liquid chromatography determination. Results: The amount of hemoglobin in patients was lower than normal, especially in men. Plasma free amino acid profile decreased 12 items, including 7 essential amino acids (EAA) and 6 items increased. The sum of EAA, total amino acids and percentage of EAA decreased. Conclusion: The measured hemoglobin, plasma protein, TLC and plasma free amino acids can be used as nutritional indicators of postoperative rectal cancer.
