目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定乐舒洗液中小檗碱和蛇床子素的含量。方法采用SPD-20A C18柱为色谱柱,柱温为30℃,流动相为乙腈(A)-0.3%三乙胺(磷酸调p H 5.62)(B),采用梯度洗脱方式,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为320 nm。结果小檗碱的质量浓度在40.24~160.95μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,蛇床子素的质量浓度在2.54~10.15μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。盐酸小檗碱的平均加样回收率为98.86%,RSD为1.60%(n=9);蛇床子素的平均加样回收率为100.11%,RSD为1.36%(n=9)。结论本方法操作简单,结果准确,可用于乐舒洗液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of berberine and osthole in Lok Shu lotion. Methods The column was SPD-20A C18. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) -0.3% triethylamine (phosphorylated p H 5.62) (B). The gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 1.0 m L / min, the detection wavelength is 320 nm. Results The mass concentration of berberine had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 40.24-160.95 μg / m L. The concentration of osmanthus had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 2.54-10.15 μg / mL. The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 98.86% with RSD of 1.60% (n = 9). The average recovery of osthole was 100.11% with RSD of 1.36% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Lothar lotion.
