作者以四氯化碳、二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇单丁基醚、己烷、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、连同以前研究的四种有机溶剂1,1,2-三氯乙烷、2-氯乙醇、甲苯、苯所作的豚鼠经皮毒性实验进行了比较。豚鼠体重352~375 g,在3.1cm~2皮肤区涂上0.5或2.0 ml的有机溶剂,然后用玻璃罩盖住涂敷区。除周末外,每天称重一次,共35天。用与经皮染毒的相等剂量注入腹腔以资比较。以蒸馏水涂皮作实验对照。
The authors used carbon tetrachloride, dimethylformamide, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, hexane, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, trichlorethylene, together with the previously studied four organic solvents 1,1 , 2-trichloroethane, 2-chloroethanol, toluene, benzene guinea pig percutaneous toxicity experiments were compared. Guinea pigs weighing 352 to 375 g, apply 0.5 or 2.0 ml of organic solvent to the 3.1 cm ~ 2 skin area and cover the area with a glass cover. Weighing is done daily for a total of 35 days except on weekends. The peritoneal cavity was infused with an equivalent dose of transdermal drug for comparison. Take distilled water as experimental control.
