本文将消旋的7503醇和光学纯的(+)或(-)的α-异丙基-4-氯苯乙酸反应,生成非对映异构体的酯衍生物,再用高效液相色谱分离。十分钟内可完成两种异构体含量的定量分析,其标准偏差小于0.4%。几百毫克量的制备可得到高效液相色谱纯的RS和RR或SS和SR两种组分。
The racemic 7503 alcohol is reacted with optically pure (+) or (-) a-isopropyl-4-chlorophenylacetic acid to give the diastereomeric ester derivative which is separated by high performance liquid chromatography . Quantitative analysis of two isomers in less than 0.4% with a standard deviation of less than 0.4%. The preparation of hundreds of milligrams of high-performance liquid chromatography can be obtained pure RS and RR or SS and SR two components.
