[目的]为开展人群尿中锰水平调查和锰作业人群尿中锰的接触水平调查提供简便、可靠的检验方法。[方法]分别采用直接石墨炉原子吸收法和恒温消解仪消解尿样后再以石墨炉原子吸收法分别测定尿中锰。[结果]两种方法的回归方程分别为■=0.022+0.027X,r=0.9998;■=0.018+0.028X,r=0.9997。测定尿中锰在0.05~20μg/L范围内均有良好的线性关系;二者经t检验在测定尿中锰的结果上无显著差别。[结论]用直接石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿中锰,更简单快捷,是较理想的测定尿中锰的检验方法,尤其适用于大批量样品的检验分析。
[Objective] To provide a simple and reliable test method for the survey of urinary manganese levels in the population and the investigation of urinary manganese exposure level in manganese working population. [Method] The urine samples were respectively digested by direct graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and constant temperature digestion instrument and then determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [Results] The regression equations of the two methods were ■ = 0.022 + 0.027X, r = 0.9998; ■ = 0.018 + 0.028X, r = 0.9997. The determination of urinary manganese in the range of 0.05 ~ 20μg / L has a good linear relationship; both by t test in the determination of urine manganese no significant difference. [Conclusion] The determination of manganese in urine by direct graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is more simple and quick. It is an ideal method for the determination of manganese in urine, especially for the analysis of large quantities of samples.
