在民族传统体育项目训练过程中,教练员是实施训练活动的控制者,对培养运动员的技战术水平起着主导因素,其行为和管理理念会直接影响运动员的行为和心理动机。运用HLM分别从教练员行为的3个维度和运动员心理活动的5个维度进行分析,研究发现:(1)教练对队员的好胜行为持反对态度对运动员的好胜行为和同伴认可之间的斜率呈负向效应,这一态度对队员的怯战行为和自我评价概念的关系有正向影响;(2)教练对怯战行为的同情态度能削弱队员怯战行为和自我评价概念之间的负向关系但不显著;(3)教练对队员的关爱能削弱队员好胜行为和同伴认可之间的负向关系,加强队员好胜行为和自我评价概念之间的联系。
During the process of traditional national sports training, coaches are the controllers of training activities, which plays a leading role in training athletes ’skills and tactics. Their behavior and management philosophy will directly affect the athletes’ behavior and psychological motivation. Using HLM to analyze the three dimensions of coaches ’behavior and the five dimensions of athletes’psychological activities respectively, the findings are as follows: (1) Opposition attitude of coaches to team members’ victorious behavior is opposite to the slope between athlete’s victorious behavior and peer recognition Negative effect, this attitude has a positive effect on the relationship between the players ’timid behavior and the concept of self-evaluation; (2) Coherence of coaches on the cowardice can weaken the negative relationship between the players’ Relationship but not significant; (3) The coach’s care for team members can weaken the negative relationship between player’s victorious behavior and peer recognition, and strengthen the connection between players’ victorious behavior and the concept of self-evaluation.
