27岁,因孕7月,无胎动,血压高入院,患者于7年前头痛、眼花、心悸、血压为22.7～26.7/16.0kPa,眼底动脉硬化Ⅰ级,24岁结婚,孕3产2,均系7月死胎。体查:血压25.3/16.0,心率90次,宫高20cm,腹围80cm,未闻及胎心音,无胎动,余体查无异常;血红蛋白120g/L,红细胞3.92×10~(12)/L,白细胞11.81×10~9/L,血小板100×10~9/L,尿比重1.020,尿蛋白+,糖-,肝、肾功能正常,眼底动脉硬化Ⅰ级。入院经肾孟静脉造影,确诊为左肾嗜铬细胞瘤,鸡蛋大,引产后,经手术切除。于1年4次妊娠,血压正常,顺娩一女活婴。
