目的了解浙江省某市空调冷却系统中的军团菌污染状况,并分析与军团菌污染相关的环境因素,为预防和控制军团菌病提供科学依据。方法随机选取浙江省某市的10家大型公共场所的中央空调作为检测对象,检测项目包括空调的使用年限、空调的清洁与卫生管理状况、冷却水的温度、p H和浊度。结果经检测得出真菌总数只有2家不合格,细菌总数有1家不合格。冷却水的水温为24.3℃~31.8℃,p H值为7.40~7.91。浊度为3 NTU~10 NTU,军团菌的检出率高达70%。检测的项目中仅有冷却水的浊度与军团菌的检出率有显著相关性。结论空调冷却水的浊度可能是影响军团菌生长的重要因素,加强空调冷却水卫生管理有利于预防军团菌病。
Objective To understand the status of Legionella contamination in the air-conditioning cooling system of a city in Zhejiang Province and analyze the environmental factors associated with Legionella contamination to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of Legionnaires’ disease. Methods The central air conditioners of 10 large public places in a city of Zhejiang Province were randomly selected as testing objects. The testing items included the service life of air conditioners, the condition of cleaning and sanitation of air conditioners, the temperature of cooling water, p H and turbidity. The results showed that the total number of fungi detected only 2 failed, a total of 1 bacteria failed. The cooling water has a water temperature of 24.3 ° C to 31.8 ° C and a p H value of 7.40 to 7.91. Turbidity of 3 NTU ~ 10 NTU, the detection rate of Legionella up to 70%. Among the tested items, only the turbidity of cooling water was significantly correlated with the detection rate of Legionella. Conclusion Turbidity of air-conditioning cooling water may be an important factor affecting the growth of Legionella bacteria, and strengthening the hygiene management of air-conditioning cooling water is beneficial to prevent Legionnaires’ disease.
