目前用于检测自然杀伤细胞毒的方法有许多种,但是每一种都有其缺点。形态法简单易行,适合于临床定性。同位素法与酶释放法(比色法)可以定量,因此是实验室的常规方法。荧光法特异性好,又可定量,可做为替代同位素法的常规方法。单细胞毒法虽然能提供上述所有方法均不能提供的信息,但在一定程度上又被流式细胞仪分析法所取代。本文对每种方法所用不同标记物的优缺点进行了综合评价。
Currently there are many ways to detect natural killer cell toxicity, but each has its drawbacks. Morphological method is simple, suitable for clinical qualitative. Isotope and enzyme release method (colorimetric) can be quantified, and therefore is the laboratory’s conventional method. Fluorescence specificity is good, but also quantitative, can be used as an alternative isotope method of conventional methods. Although single-cell toxin provides information that none of the above methods provide, it has to some extent been replaced by flow cytometry. This article makes a comprehensive assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of the different markers used in each method.
