我国国有企业体制改革即将出台的若干方面重大举措中,企业实行全员合同制是其中的重要方面。这一劳动管理体制的重大改革,不仅在实践上会引起一系列的变化,更重要的是在理论上有许多方面的问题须做出新的分析说明和探讨。关于劳动力归属和劳动力商品属性的问题,便是首先须从理论上加以阐述的问题。
Among the major measures to be taken in the forthcoming promulgation of the system reform of state-owned enterprises in our country, the implementation of a full-member contract system by enterprises is an important aspect of the reform. This major reform of the labor management system will not only lead to a series of changes in practice, but more importantly, there must be many theoretical problems to be analyzed and discussed. The question of the attribution of labor force and the attributes of labor goods is, first and foremost, the problem to be elaborated theoretically.
