本文针对影响绩效管理作用发挥的原因,提出了绩效展示活动的评价方法。该方法将有利于激发参与绩效考核员工的活力和主动性,从而达到企业业绩的总体提升。
In view of the reasons that affect the performance management, this paper puts forward the evaluation method of performance demonstration activities. This method will be helpful to stimulate the vitality and initiative of performance appraisal staff to achieve the overall improvement of business performance.
