为了了解 0 - 7儿童遗传性疾病和非遗传性先天性疾病的种类及顺位 ,我们对全市 6个乡镇 2 74个行政村 ,1080 4名儿童进行筛查。结果 :确诊病残人数 16 1人 ,患病率 14.9‰ ,遗传性疾病 36种 ,非遗传性先天性疾病 7种 ,在遗传性疾病中 ,先天性心脏病发病率最高 ,其次为智力低下 ;非遗传性先天性疾病中智力低下占首位。由此可见 ,搞好优生工作 ,提高产科质量 ,降低缺陷儿出生 ,提高人口素质至关重要 In order to understand the types and rankings of children’s genetic and non-genetic congenital diseases of 0 to 7 children, we screened 2, 74 administrative villages and 1,080 children in 6 townships and towns in the city. Results: The number of diagnosed and disabled persons was 16 1, the prevalence was 14.9 ‰, 36 genetic diseases and 7 non-genetic congenital diseases. Among the genetic diseases, the incidence of congenital heart disease was the highest, followed by mental retardation. Non-genetic congenital diseases, mental retardation in the first place. Thus, it is of vital importance to do well the work of eugenics, improve the quality of obstetrics, reduce the birth of defective children and improve the quality of the population
