目的检测孕妇尿液中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)含量,分析其对新生儿出生体重的影响。方法收集来自天津某妇产医院80名孕妇尿液,采用固相萃取-三重四极杆高效液相色谱串联质谱技术检测孕妇尿中3种邻苯二甲酸单酯的含量;以问卷收集孕妇一般资料,应用多因素Logistic回归分析PAEs含量对新生儿出生体重的影响。结果邻苯二甲酸单甲酯(MMP)含量的P50为67.06μg/g cr,邻苯二甲酸单乙酯(MEP)含量的P50为28.51μg/g cr,邻苯二甲酸单丁酯(MBP)含量的P50为9.95μg/g cr。3种PAEs单酯中,孕妇体内MEP含量与新生儿出生体重相对较低有关(P<0.05),其OR(95%CI)为2.724(1.376~5.396)。结论本次调查的孕妇体内检出了PAEs,尿液中较高的MEP含量与新生儿出生体重较低有关。应减少孕妇PAEs暴露,保护母婴健康。
Objective To detect the content of phthalate esters (PAEs) in urine of pregnant women and analyze its effect on newborn birth weight. Methods Urine was collected from 80 pregnant women in a maternity hospital in Tianjin. The contents of 3 phthalates in urine of pregnant women were detected by solid-phase extraction-triple quadrupole high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Pregnant women were collected by questionnaire Data, the use of multi-factor Logistic regression analysis of PAEs content of newborns on the impact of birth weight. Results The P50 of the content of monomethyl phthalate (MMP) was 67.06 μg / g cr. The P50 of the content of monoethyl phthalate (MEP) was 28.51 μg / g cr. The content of monobutyl phthalate (MBP ) Content of P50 was 9.95 μg / g cr. Among the three PAEs monoesters, the MEP level in pregnant women was related to the relatively low birth weight (P <0.05). The OR (95% CI) was 2.724 (1.376-5.396). Conclusions PAEs were detected in pregnant women in this survey. The higher MEP content in urine correlated with the lower birth weight of newborns. PAEs should be reduced in pregnant women exposed to protect the health of mothers and children.
