本文针对电梯被动安全系统,提出了一种常规方法和数值仿真相结合的设计方法。采用非线性显式有限元仿真技术分析研究保护装置、乘员、电梯的耦合作用下的人机安全性,同时根据不同产品的功能要求,电梯事故特点,以事故环境中乘员损伤或结构响应为参考依据,设计电梯被动安全系统,并通过计算分析,对该方法的优越性和可行性做了验证。
In this paper, a passive safety system for elevators is proposed, which is a combination of conventional method and numerical simulation. The non-linear explicit finite element simulation technology is used to analyze and study the man-machine safety under the coupling of protection device, occupant and elevator. At the same time, according to the functional requirements of different products, the characteristics of elevator accidents, the occupant injury or structural response in accident environment Based on this, the passive safety system of the elevator is designed, and the superiority and feasibility of this method are verified through the calculation and analysis.
