目的研究人参皂苷Re致中国仓鼠肺细胞(Chinese hamster lung cells,CHL)染色体畸变的作用。方法细胞计数法测定人参皂苷Re对CHL细胞的半数抑制浓度(50%inhibition concentration,IC50),根据IC50设立不同剂量组,进行染色体畸变试验,分别观察人参皂苷Re染毒6h、24 h及加S9后染毒6 h CHL细胞染色体的数目及结构变化,进行染色体畸变分析。结果人参皂苷Re染毒6h、24 h及加S9后染毒6 h CHL细胞染色体畸变为阴性。结论在本试验条件下,人参皂苷Re不能引起CHL细胞染色体产生畸变。
Objective To investigate the role of ginsenoside Re in chromosomal aberration in Chinese hamster lung cells (CHL). Methods The IC50 of ginsenoside Re on CHL cells was determined by cell counting method. According to the IC50, different dose groups were set up for chromosome aberration test. The effects of ginsenoside Re on the proliferation of CHL cells were observed at 6 and 24 h and S9 Chromosome numbers and structural changes in CHL cells after 6 h post-exposure were analyzed by chromosome aberrations. Results Chromosomal aberrations of CHL cells exposed to Ginsenoside Re 6h, 24h and S9 were negative. Conclusion Ginsenoside Re can not cause chromosomal aberrations in CHL cells under the experimental conditions.
