为探讨支气管扩张试验在支气管哮喘诊断中的价值,对224例已确诊的发作期哮喘患者进行了支气管扩张试验,比较扩张试验前、后用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV_(1.0)、最大呼气流率(PEFR)、最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)的阳性率和变化率。结果显示FVC阳性率40.2%,变化率15.3%,FEV_(1.0)阳性率76.8%,变化率23.8%,PEFR阳性率79.9%,变化率34.5%,MMEF阳性率81.7%,变化率41.6%。试验前、后FEV_(1.0)、PEFR、MMEF差异显著(P<0.01),且FEV_(1.0)与PEFR、MMEF均显著正相关(γ=0.32,P<0.01;γ=0.53,P<0.01)。提示支气管扩张试验在哮喘诊断中具有重要作用,但任何单一指标都存在着明显的局限性。
To explore the value of bronchiectasis in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis was performed in 224 patients with asthma exacerbated during the exacerbation. FVC, FEV 1 (1.0), maximum expiratory flow rate (PEFR) and maximum expiratory flow (MMEF) .Results showed that the positive rate of FVC was 40.2%, the rate of change was 15.3%, the positive rate of FEV 1.0 was 76.8% The positive rate of PEFR was 79.9%, the rate of change was 34.5%, the positive rate of MMEF was 81.7% and the rate of change was 41.6%, FEV_ (1.0), PEFR and MMEF were significantly different before and after the trial (P <0.01) 1.0) was positively correlated with PEFR and MMEF (γ = 0.32, P <0.01; γ = 0.53, P <0.01) .This indicated that bronchiectasis test plays an important role in the diagnosis of asthma. However, there are obvious limitations on any single index Sex.
