采用中频感应炉制备了经济节Ni型铸造双相不锈钢Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N材料并选取双相不锈钢2205及奥氏体不锈钢316L作为比较材料,利用电化学测试技术、拉伸试验机及环境扫描电镜(ESEM)对3种不锈钢的耐蚀性能及力学性能进行了检测及形貌观察。耐蚀性能检测表明:节Ni型铸造双相不锈钢Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N材料耐蚀性能最佳,其次为2205,316L最差;力学性能检测表明:1120℃固溶处理Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N钢的塑性低于双相不锈钢2205及奥氏体不锈钢316L,但具有较高的拉伸强度和硬度。
The austenitic stainless steel Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N was fabricated by using an intermediate frequency induction furnace, and the duplex stainless steel 2205 and austenitic stainless steel 316L were selected as the comparative materials. Electrochemical testing, tensile testing and environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) The corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the three kinds of stainless steel were tested and observed. Corrosion resistance test showed that the corrosion resistance of the Ni-cast duplex stainless steel Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N was the best, followed by 2205 and 316L respectively. The mechanical properties of the Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N steel showed that the ductility of the Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N steel at 1120 ℃ was lower than that of the duplex stainless steel 2205 and Austenitic stainless steel 316L, but with higher tensile strength and hardness.
