新时期下,随着电力企业改革的不断深入,电力企业在国民经济中所发挥的作用愈加的凸显,同时在市场的作用下,对于电力企业来说,要想获得更加稳固的市场地位就要不断地加大自身建设,重视对人才的培训和教育,强调企业员工的主人翁地位,增强他们的主体地位,根据员工的实际状况和特点采取具有针对性和计划性的培训措施,促使员工自身素质水平的不断提高,进而为企业输送高质量的人才,推动企业的健康发展。基于此,本文就当前电力企业如何提高培训的针对性和有效性进行了分析。
