我国在采用等离子体方法制备高性能阴离子交换膜方面取得新进展,开发出了一种绿色、温和的阴离子交换膜制备新方法。这一成果由中科院合肥物质科学研究院等离子体物理研究所完成,近日发表在能源领域学术期刊《电源杂志》上。目前,该研究已申请2项国家发明专利,有望直接面向市场应用。研究人员以聚合物粉体为基体,经等离子体轰击和单体接枝聚合反应,在聚合物粉体上直接引入阴离子交换基团,制备了功能基团均匀分布的阴离子交换膜。制得的阴离子交换膜具有较好的热稳定性、化学稳定性、离子交换容量、离子电导率和较
China has made new progress in the preparation of high performance anion exchange membranes by using plasma method, and has developed a new method for preparing green and mild anion exchange membranes.
