对大中型车辆运营过程中车辆油箱燃油状态监控技术进行了研究。借助于传感网技术,通过车载终端周期性的采集车辆燃油油量数据,然后对车辆油量传感历史数据进行分析与处理,研究设计燃油状态识别算法,对每一个采样点的燃油状态进行识别,将车辆燃油状态识别为“使用、加油、漏油,停用”4种状态,以便对车辆加油时间、加油量、漏油时间、漏油量、日耗油量进行自动计算与感知;为监督司乘人员虚报加油量、非法盗卖燃油等行为的判定提供科学依据,防范公司财物损失。在对燃油状态识别后的数据基础上,将计算结果和车辆实际加油数据进行分析比较,表明车辆燃油状态识别算法能正确的判定每一个采样点的燃油状态,计算值和实际加油、耗油值之间误差≤3%,满足燃油管控要求。
