Through systematic theoretical analysis, comprehensive dynamic test and long-term observation of test section, the topic of “Research on reducing wheel-rail abrasion of heavy-haul train” successfully completed 6 key tasks stipulated in the contract: establishing and perfecting the means of detecting wheel-rail interaction status; The influence of wheel-rail parameters on rail side-grinding was deeply studied in theory, dynamic test and experimental data observation. The reason of severe rail side-grinding in Da-Qin line was found out and the anti-wear measures were proposed. And its effect, put forward oil-scientifically recommended; study uneven curved rail side grinding
