随着条斑紫菜栽培事业和科学实验的进展,人们已对紫菜丝状体生长发育的规律有了较详细的了解,从而能够有效地促进紫菜丝状体大量形成和放散壳孢子及壳孢子的附着。然而对于紫菜叶状体形成、放散单孢子及其附着,除右田清治曾对单孢子的附着光强进行过研究外,尚未见到其他的报道。本实验就条斑紫菜单孢子的形成、放散和附着同光线强度的关系做了进一步实验观察,现将实验结果报告如下。
