人力资源管理在企业管理中占有举足轻重的地位,对企业经济发展有着积极意义。但是,现行的人力资源管理还处在起步阶段,在实际工作中还存在许多问题,在实践中亟待完善。
Human resource management plays a decisive role in the management of enterprises and has positive significance to the economic development of enterprises. However, the current human resources management is still in its infancy. There are still many problems in practical work, and it is urgent to be perfected in practice.
